PathToMillions Cancellation and Refund Policy for Online Subscription Purchases
Applicability:
This policy only applies to online purchases of PathToMillions Services from Gumroad.com.
Cancellation Requests:
If you sign up for PathToMillions Services on Gumroad.com and find that it’s not a perfect fit you may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel you can do so directly through Gumroad’s self service tools:
- From your purchase receipt email: Click on Subscription settings or Manage membership then select Cancel membership.
- If you have a Gumroad account: Log in at https://gumroad.com/login, go to your Library at https://gumroad.com/library, select the PathToMillions membership click Manage membership and then Cancel membership.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then. You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is processed. Note that deleting your Gumroad account will automatically cancel all active subscriptions.
If you begin a subscription with a free trial your first payment will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. To avoid charges after a free trial cancel using the process outlined above before the trial ends.
Please note that cancellation does not automatically result in a refund; it only prevents future billing. For refunds see the section below.
Refund Requests:
Subject to the terms outlined herein, PathToMillions offers a one time, 7-day money back guarantee, limited to (1) initial subscription purchases where the subscription term committed to is twelve months or greater in duration and (2) initial add-on purchases that are incremental to your existing subscription.
To be eligible for a refund you must submit a written refund request within 7 calendar days of placing your initial annual subscription order or your initial additional license add-on order.
For clarity other than as outlined in this paragraph with respect to your initial online order if you cancel a subscription during an existing subscription term, you are not entitled to a prorated refund of prepaid or committed amounts during such subscription term. However you may cancel your subscription to avoid charges upon renewal.
How to Request a Refund?
To request a refund contact us through our Contact Form or Email Alberto.Miller@gopathtomillions.com or use Gumroad method of Cancellation of memberships. When using our Contact Form provide your Gumroad account details. In your request explicitly state that you are seeking a refund and include a brief explanation of why you wish to cancel.
To process your refund request we may ask you to provide the following information: a brief comment explaining the refund request, your billing information (name, transaction ID, billing date, etc.), email address, login name and other identity verification and/or authentication information. Failure to provide the requested information in a timely manner (i.e., within the 7 calendar day period following initial purchase) may result in a denial of your refund request.
To request a refund your purchase receipt email or using our Contact Form providing your PathToMillions or Gumroad account details. In your request, explicitly state that you are seeking a refund and include a brief explanation of why you wish to cancel.
If your refund request is properly submitted within the applicable 7 day period and meets our policy criteria we will process the refund through Gumroad’s dashboard. Refunds are typically issued within a reasonable timeframe often within 30 calendar days of approval and will be returned via the original payment method. Any bank fees or charges incurred through your own bank, credit card or other payment institution (e.g., for currency conversions) shall be borne solely by you.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in accordance with this policy and the Gumroad Terms of Service. If Gumroad do not respond within 30 days of your initial contact you may escalate to Gumroad support with proof of correspondence and they may assist in resolution.
Please note that all refunds are at our discretion as the creator, and Gumroad processes payments on our behalf but does not handle refund requests directly unless escalated as described. If you do not submit your refund request in accordance with the process outlined herein, your request may be denied.
